About Rosemary Beach Uncorked
Rosemary Beach Uncorked is the signature annual food and wine event in one of 30A's most beloved communities. Each year, ten of Rosemary Beach's finest restaurants prepare three signature dishes, each expertly paired with three unique wines sourced from vintners and wine labels around the globe.
Guests are invited to stroll the picturesque cobblestone streets of Main Street at their own pace during the three-hour event window, visiting restaurants in any order they choose. In addition to the restaurant pairings, SIP Stops are available throughout the community offering additional wine and cocktail options.
The event is set against the backdrop of Rosemary Beach's striking all-white Bermudian-inspired architecture and lushly landscaped courtyards, making it as visually stunning as it is delicious. Live music adds to the festive atmosphere throughout the afternoon.
What to Expect
Tickets typically sell out well in advance. Upon arrival, guests receive a wristband and event map guiding them to each participating restaurant. The format is a self-guided stroll — you set the pace and choose which stops to prioritize. Most guests find the three-hour window just right to visit all ten restaurants comfortably.
